Trainee Programme for Online Marketing – Press Release

  • Berlin, Germany: glispa, a full-service digital agency, has closed enrollment of its training program, “glispa University,” following an overwhelming response rate of over 250 applicants. glispa trainees were selected following a rigorous screening process that prioritized superior language skills, academic acumen, integrity, as well as individuals committed to glispa’s service-oriented and collaborative culture. Accepted applicants join glispa’s growing team in Berlin with a very strong start to their online career.

    The trainee programme began in the fourth quarter of

  • 2008 and is being held at the company’s Berlin headquarters. The programme kicked off with an intensive week-long introduction to the nuances of online and mobile marketing, specifically how glispa utilizes its international affiliate network to further client’s objectives. Trainees will continue their educational process on an ongoing basis, with a series of internal workshops and review of case studies. glispa University courses are delivered by glispa’s international, senior management team and through alliances with online marketing industry experts and entrepreneurs.
